- Subject to being refused air transport or deported passengers.
- Is a pregnant woman.
- Accompanied by children under 2 years old.
- Requires medical help (e.g. wheelchair).
- Online check-in is too close to flight time (less than 1 hour compared to flight time).
- Fly international flights of Vietjet Air, Bamboo Airways.
- Reservation code for more than 9 passengers (Applicable to Bamboo Airways flights).
- Reservation code with more than 100 passengers (Applicable to Vietjet Air flights).
Passengers in the above cases who are not allowed to check in online are kindly requested to check in directly at the airline's counter at the airport.
At that time, passengers should arrange to arrive at the airport 90 minutes before flight time (for domestic flights) and 180 minutes before flight time (for international flights).
Notes after checking-in online
- Here are some important information that passengers need to keep in mind after completing online check-in procedures:
- Passengers need to print their boarding pass on paper or store it in their phone or tablet to present at the airport when necessary.
- Passengers who have completed online check-in need to arrive at the airport at least 45 minutes before flight time.
- For domestic flights: If there is only hand luggage but no checked baggage, passengers who have completed online check-in will go directly to the Security Gate area. If you have checked baggage, you must go to the airline's check-in counter to weigh and check-in.
