The prices you see on Fly Corp should include all mandatory fees. However, you'll need to check non-mandatory fees such as seat selection, baggage, and meals before you book your flight with your chosen airline or travel agent. These fees normally show up as you go through the process of booking and paying for your flight. Please note, all fares are subject to availability.
All refunds must be authorized by the airline. As travel agents, we forward your refund request to the airline who will accept or deny it depending on the fare rules applicable to your ticket. The refundable amount will be issued to your original payment account.
How long will it take?
If your ticket is totally or partially refundable, we will refer your request to the airline for refund. If that is the case, it could take up to one to three months for us to receive a refund from the airline. Once we get the refund from the airline, we refund you as soon as possible.

For the remaining ticket classes, you will be allowed to bring 7kg of carry-on baggage for free per person. And this weight is calculated for each individual, not allowed to be aggregated. If it is more than 7kg, you have to buy extra checked baggage.
