Rules for Refund, Cancel & Change

During booking, you can see your total fare details including tax, fee, and surcharge in addition to the base fare.

Cancelation ticket and other services

After your booking is successfully created, if payment is not made within 02 hours, your tickets will be automatically canceled. The cancellation only be accepted before the ticket purchase deadline and will not be charged a cancellation fee.

The Airline may cancel booking only during the ticket purchase period, before the ticket has been issued for some reason on the part of the Airline or in the event of force majeure. If this happens, our Fly Corp ticket sales staff will immediately contact and notify customers during office hours by phone or email. In this case, you have the right to create new orders. Fly Corp does not guarantee that the conditions in the new booking will be the same as those in the canceled booking.

We will not be responsible for changes in Customer’s booking and cancellations made by airlines.

In the event that the customer cancels the ticket, so the Service Fees - which the Customer has paid to us, will not be refunded.

When the Customer agrees that the Airline may cancel the ticket (the Airline terminates the contract of carriage) after the air ticket has been issued for some subjective reason from the Airline or some force majeure reason. The airline is responsible for the cancellation of this ticket. In case of receiving information about ticket cancellation from airlines, Fly Corp will immediately notify you as well as the proposed solution of the airlines.

Changing tickets and other services

If less than 24 hours from departure date, Customer wants to change the location, please contact Fly Corp’s air ticketing department for assistance.

Usually airlines allow the name change of passengers. In some special cases, if the airline allows you to change the name of a customer, Fly Corp will change it for your request . In addition, you agree to pay a Service Fee to us to perform the passenger’s name change.

The customer agrees that the Airline may change the parameters of the air ticket (eg: Change the departure time) after the ticket has been issued for some subjective reasons from the Airline or for force majeure reasons. The airline is responsible for this change. In case of receiving information about changes from airlines, Fly Corp will immediately notify you as well as the proposed solution of the airlines.

Refund tickets and other services

If you do not receive confirmation email showing ticket number from our email account booking@flycorp.vn within 24 hours after successful payment, please contact Our Customer Service via: 0987.309.313 - 028.6685.1315 - 028.6685.1317 or email: booking@flycorp.vn for support.

For refund of your ticket(s) purchased online, you can check the fare rules for the refund condition. If the ticket is allowed for refund you can email to booking@flycorp.vn or contact Our Customer Service via: 0987.309.313 - 028.6685.1315 - 028.6685.1317 for support quickly.

After ticket issuance, any fees or refunds are subject to the limited fare/return conditions used. Fees or penalties may apply and are calculated on a per ticket per person basis.

It takes 06 to 08 weeks from receipt of your request for a refund. The amount will be refunded through the same source (For credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used for the transaction).

  • Refunds can be obtained in the following two cases:
    • Involuntary cancellation: The airline cancels your flight and does not provide alternative transportation. We will process a full refund of the ticket with the airline, please note that our original ticketing service fee is non-refundable.
    • Voluntary cancellation: If you cancel your ticket, you will receive a full or partial refund. Please note that cheap airline tickets are usually not 100% refundable.

All refunds must be authorized by the airline. As a travel agent, we forward your refund request to the airline, who will accept or decline it depending on the fare rules applicable to your ticket. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment account. If your ticket is fully or partially refundable, we will forward your request to the airline for authorization of the refund. If so, it may take one to three months to receive authorization from the service provider. Once authorized, we will refund your original payment account. Many airlines impose penalties on refunds, which will depend on the price of your ticket or when you requested the cancellation. So your final refund amount depends on the airlines.
