SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and acquire new customers, extending into untapped markets to achieve sales volume targets;
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers by taking care of product quality and delivery time to ensure satisfaction and trust;
  • Negotiate sales contracts with customers, covering aspects like quotation, delivery, and payment conditions;
  • Analyze markets and customer dynamics, presenting appropriate sales and marketing solutions;
  • Report to superiors on progress and business results, customer needs, problems, concerns, and potential in product business development. 
  • Collaborate on resolving customer claims or complaints when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

BENEFITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Preferable TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5;
  • Have a working experience in the role of Sales Executive or similar role is an advantage;
  • Good at using Microsoft Offices and other technical tools for the job;
  • Have a growth mindset and a proactive approach to taking initiative; 
  • Communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills;
