After ticket issuance, any fees or refunds are subject to the limited fare/return conditions used. Fees or penalties may apply and are calculated on a per ticket per person basis.
It takes 06 to 08 weeks from receipt of your request for a refund. The amount will be refunded through the same source (For credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used for the transaction).

All refunds must be authorized by the airline. As travel agents, we forward your refund request to the airline who will accept or deny it depending on the fare rules applicable to your ticket. The refundable amount will be issued to your original payment account. If your ticket is totally or partially refundable, we will refer your request to the airline for refund authorisation. If that is the case, it could take up to one to three months to receive authorization from the carrier. Once we have the authorization we refund your original payment account. Many airlines apply a penalty on the refundable amount, which will depend on your ticket fare or the moment you request the cancellation. So your final refundable amount is up to airlines.
